Mak Tek Engineering is an authorized engineering installer and systems integrator for DP Pumps (Holland) automatic pressure boosting systems. Designed for commercial high-rises, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and mega industrial complexes, DP booster systems deliver smooth, constant water pressure across fluctuating demand profiles while maximizing electrical energy efficiency.
Advanced System Engineering
- Multi-Pump Configuration: 2 to 6 high-efficiency vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps (DPV series) operating in parallel on a vibration-isolated base skid.
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD): Individual inverter drive technology with frequency modulation to match pump speed precisely to dynamic pressure demand, eliminating water hammer and pressure surges.
- Sanitary Hydraulic Components: All wetted parts fabricated from premium AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel with WRAS and ACS drinking water hygiene certifications.
- Smart PLC Automation: Automatic pump alternation, lead-lag cascading control, dry-run protection, motor thermal overload safeguards, and Modbus/BACnet BMS building integration interfaces.
Factory Assembled & Pre-Tested
Every DP booster skid arrives fully assembled with suction and discharge stainless steel manifolds, non-return check valves, isolation ball/butterfly valves, diaphragm expansion pressure vessel, and digital pressure transmitters, ready for rapid on-site mechanical and electrical hookup.
