Engineering Overview
Engineered for the stringent sanitary demands of Bangladesh’s pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy, and high-end textile chemical industries, Mak Tek Engineering fabricates custom Stainless Steel (SS) process vessels and storage tanks. Manufactured in clean segregated bays at our Gazipur workshop, these vessels prevent metallic contamination and withstand aggressive chemical washes.
Sanitary Engineering Features
- Certified Raw Materials: Exclusively fabricated from prime-grade AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316, or AISI 316L stainless steel accompanied by mill test certificates (MTC).
- Mirror Electro-Polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm): Internal welds ground flush and electro-polished to sanitary Ra < 0.4 µm finish, eliminating microscopic crevices to prevent bacterial adhesion and ensure 100% Clean-in-Place (CIP) drainability.
- Thermal Control Jacketing: Dimple jackets, half-pipe limpet coils, or internal heating/cooling coils designed for steam heating, chilled water cooling, and precise temperature regulation.
- Sealed Insulation Cladding: High-density rockwool insulation encapsulated in seamless, fully-welded outer stainless steel cladding.
Complete Mixing & Process Automation
Mak Tek supplies vessels complete with slow-speed anchor agitators, high-shear homogenizers, sanitary magnetic stirrers, aseptic sampling valves, CIP spray balls, and digital load cell weight indication systems.
