Project Overview
Pioneer Denims Ltd., a premier vertical denim unit of the Badsha Group of Industries, commissioned Mak Tek Engineering to engineer and install a centralized high-temperature Condensate Recovery Station (CRS) and steam distribution network in Madhabpur, Habiganj.
Engineering Scope of Works
- Condensate Recovery Station (CRS): Turnkey design and fabrication of an automated high-temperature CRS skid featuring flash steam recovery vessels and modulating level control valves.
- High-Pressure Steam Headers: Heavy-gauge carbon steel main steam distribution headers rated for 25 bar working pressure, complete with certified safety relief valves.
- Insulated Return Lines: Multi-layer rockwool thermal insulation encapsulated in high-finish aluminum sheet cladding to minimize radiant heat loss.
- Machinery Interconnections: Precision steam, air, and condensate piping hookups to continuous dyeing ranges and sanforizing machinery.
Client Impact
The automated CRS system recirculated clean, preheated boiler feed water, delivering substantial fuel savings and reducing thermal emissions across the plant.
