Technical Capabilities
- Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps: Self-priming, stall-free air valve mechanisms capable of safely deadheading, running dry, and handling high-viscosity pastes, printing inks, and shear-sensitive polymers without damage.
- Positive Displacement Chemical Dosing Pumps: Micrometer stroke-length adjustment (0–100%) and electronic frequency control for accurate linear dosing of sulfuric acid, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, PAC, and polyacrylamide.
- Wetted Material Compatibility: Virgin Polypropylene (PP), PVDF (Kynar), PTFE (Teflon), and 316 Stainless Steel casings resistant to harsh industrial chemistries.
Complete Skid Automation
Mak Tek fabricates complete chemical batching skids equipped with HDPE reagent storage tanks, calibration cylinders, pulsation dampeners, pressure relief back-pressure valves, and automated pH/ORP dosing controllers.
