Square Denim Ltd., a premier textile conglomerate under the Square Group, engaged Mak Tek Engineering for the turnkey design, fabrication, testing, and on-site crane erection of their centralized water house and industrial utility network in Habiganj, Bangladesh.
Engineering Scope of Works
- Heavy MS Storage Tanks: In-house rolling, welding, and erection of large-capacity vertical Mild Steel water storage tanks fabricated to API 650 and ASME Section VIII standards.
- Industrial Gas Boiler Installation: Complete mechanical positioning, seismic anchoring, and alignment of heavy industrial gas steam boilers.
- Utility Piping Networks: Underground and above-ground carbon steel piping for high-pressure steam, condensate return, compressed air, and natural gas.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: 100% radiographic weld testing, ultrasonic thickness gauging, and extended hydrostatic pressure testing overseen by certified 6G pipe inspectors.
