Envoy Textiles Ltd., recognized as the world’s first LEED Platinum certified denim manufacturer, partnered with Mak Tek Engineering to construct their high-efficiency chilled water circulation system and sanitary chemical storage tanks in Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Engineering Scope of Works
- Stainless Steel Process Vessels: Clean-bay fabrication of SS 304 and SS 316 storage tanks with mirror-polished internal finishes for chemical and process water handling.
- Central Chilled Water Riser System: Precision installation of high-flow primary and secondary chilled water circulation headers connecting centrifugal chillers to factory air handling units (AHUs).
- Cooling Tower Piping Network: Large-diameter condenser water supply and return piping with vibration isolation expansion joints and balancing valves.
- Fire Protection Integration: Interconnection of sprinkler riser lines and fire hydrant landing valves across multi-level production sheds.
